Artistic Director and Founder
Evan is a Vancouver based actor and director. As an actor he has worked with Horseshoes & Hand Grenades, Touchstone, Blackbird and the Honest Fishmongers. TV/Film credits include Fringe, Arrow, Supernatural, the lead in Tom Scholte's debut feature, Crime, as well as numerous radio and television voice-overs.
Evan spent the 2010/11 season as an apprentice with Pacific Theatre, acting in both the Jessie award winning JESUS HOPPED THE "A" TRAIN and THE GREAT DIVORCE, as well as directing his own adaptation of ROMEO AND JULIET. He also recently directed OLEANNA for Bleeding Heart and THE FOREIGNER for Pacific Theatre and The Arts Club Theatre Company. He is one of the founders of the We Make Creatures writing collective.
Evan is the recipient of the 2011 Sam Payne Award for Most Promising Newcomer and has Jessie nominations for his work as both an actor and director. He is a graduate of the University of British Columbia's BFA in Acting Program and is a current MFA in Directing candidate.
Susie is a Vancouver based actor who works in theatre, film and television. She has worked with such companies as Bard on the Beach (Taming of the Shrew, Macbeth), the Chemainus Theatre Festival (A Shayna Maidel, Steel Magnolias, Anne)
Carousel Theatre (Arthur Boy King), Gateway Theatre (Brighton Beach Memoirs), Green Thumb Theatre (Wired), Western Gold, Tightrope, and United Players.
For Bleeding Heart Theatre, Susie played Juliet in the inaugural show “The Verona Project”, and most recently played Carol in “Oleanna”.
Susie is a graduate of UBC and Studio 58. She also works as a theatre instructor with Arts Umbrella.
